What is the least usefull programming language?

I think the title just said it all.

I guess all of them are useful. It all just depends on what type of programs you are planning on doing (games, drivers, OS, websites and so on). For example, if you're not interested in creating and/or designing a website, there is no real reason you should learn HTML, CSS, PHP, etc., and therefore they may seem useless to YOU, but they are definately not useless in general.
I hope I explained myself clearly.
