Should you Reset SoloLearn courses?

What benefit is there to resetting SoloLearn courses that I have completed? What are the drawbacks?

+You will repeat and probably learn some new things again, or maybe get a better understanding of something you didn’t understand fully before.

I like this quote which can apply as an answer too :) :

-Drawback can be that you will loose your xp you earned for completing the course, but you will gain them again by learning/repeting.

you can reset but you çan also
revise from lesson 1
in this way you will not need to reset the sololearn

If you have a lot of XP in the language you are about to reset be prepared to lose all this XP in the process.
