hi, "Thonny" is a nice lightweight IDE that comes together with python. It's availlable for Windows, Linux and does also run on Raspberry.

SoloLearn is a good place where you can learn and practice simultaneously but it limits the packages you can use to only in-built ones in addition with numpy.
There's this app called Pydroid3, available in play store, you can use to explore more deeper in Python.
