rating system

Question

so i viewed the leader board i saw people over 4000 rating i am having jst 190 please how cn i have such rating.......

Olajide Favour the rating system calculates the amount of XP you get in a day, week, month.
So you being 190 is for a particular xp range.
It rates you from your challenge and courses xp.

Just so you know I checked on you and you are 122 in local and 7833
and counting down globally.
Thats how the system works.
