Which programming language(s) is best for mobile application? ..... any help will highly be appreciated!

For Android:

Use Java and Android studio! There are lots of tutorials on the web and it isn't very hard to understand

For iOS:

just learn Swift. Many iOS-Apps are Swift4 based.
