How can i activate my account ? I can't receive any activation email.

I signed up with facebook account . I can post, i can ask question. I can answer. I can give comment but i can't vote upvote or downvote. If i give , popup said u need to check ur email to activate my account. I think i done my activation. I'm not sure. So i disconnected with facebook account and connected with gmail but i can't still receive any activation mail and can't still vote. Please help ...
