How to upload a webpage ?

I want to creat my own webpage on my phone to internet !

A Static web pages is delivered to the user exactly as stored from a server. (Easier to make, without PHP backend or node.js)

Otherwise, Dynamic web pages interacts backend from user to server (like Google and Facebook).

Creating a static web page is easier than the Dynamic ones. I think Google's cloud storage now can give opportunities to host a static web page (You must have a Google account for this one).

Creating a Dynamic web page needs a data base, it can be your computer (Computer is a must for this one), or other Website Hoisting companies for backend data servicing.

If you want to create a web page from your phone, I prefer to find a Website Hoisting company for your site. (e.g. Bluehost, InMotion, Wix)
