Personalized training is usualy pretty expensive so its unlikely you will get it for free.

This is a tutorial app. The itself app is your "guide" and the courses here are basic enough that you don't need someone to hold your hand through them.

Just go through the courses in the order that you have listed and then ask for help when you get stuck.
