Question

Is there some way to bypass the boring popup which appears in SoloLearn playground when some input is required? Or, at least, to customize it (for example with a caption such as "please enter the number of cycles")?

I don't think so.
SoloLearn creates that popup on detecting the input statement for the language. So, we cannot customize that...
