There is always work being done on web languages. While Javascript seems to release a new framework every couple of weeks, HTML also releases experimental features constantly

A new version of HTML (possibly HTML 6) is inevitable in my opinion

On the subject of what features it will have, I honestly don't know😅😁

Html has got a lot of problems by bringing new features, or improvements.

Retrocompatibility must be ensured and for new things all the browser producer must integrate them.

In the past microsoft did not integrate many feauture, making them unusable for the web producer.
