I've heard it said before that in order to be fluent and fast in another language, you should try to "understand it" in that other language. In other words, read it and then don't translate it into French in your head, but rather try to understand it in English in your head if you know what I mean.

Now English is the only language that I know so I'm just repeating what I read somewhere 😉

J'ai déjà entendu dire que pour parler couramment et rapidement une autre langue, vous devriez essayer de la "comprendre" dans cette autre langue. En d'autres termes, lisez-le et ne le traduisez pas en français dans votre tête, mais essayez plutôt de le comprendre en anglais dans votre tête si vous voyez ce que je veux dire.

Maintenant, l'anglais est la seule langue que je connaisse donc je ne fais que répéter ce que je lis quelque part
