It depends from person to person, Fewcan learn this in less time like in 2 months and few takes 6 months, it completely depends on your grasping power. It will take 7 Days to get 70% of knowledge in C thoroughly. Actually, the subject is interlinked. So, one must concentrate on Basics and rest will be very simple.

i learnt c++ in 3 days and js in 6 days. but it doesn't mean that you will become a pro level 100 programmer in 3 days. what i learnt in that period was the basic syntax and concept related to the language. it takes a lot more time to become fully comfortable with the language and being able to make whatever you so desire.
