understanding header file and library of c++

Question

im using code block on my windows and I don't know assembly language in this case can I understand property of iostream file is this file header is common between all c++ programs
how we can understand property of a specific header by reading it in library class

it is not easy way to understand language for beginners, better and simpler is read some preview or tutorial
