What language should i learn first for back end programming. Any help will be appreciated..

If you're striving for web-related back-end, go for PHP. If machine learning, IoT or artificial intelligence stuff - Python.

if you r good at JavaScript go for Node JS... but node js is not suitable for every requirement... It is good when high database operations are part of your application and not suitable for highly intensive calculations based application like machine learning and AI
