I don't have a working PC and i want to learn web development. Will coding on sololearn's IDE differ from actual web coding?

On SoloLearn IDE you can't use resources as freely as you would as if you were working in your own device/server.

You can't use multiple HTML document/script/stylesheet (by links) easily, all the resources needed for the page to load correctly (scripts, stylesheets, images, audio/video etc.) need to be stored in an online place with public access before they can be used.
