Hi.Is adding colors and styles with HTML necessary ?Because I think it is better to do it with CSS. PS: I haven't learnt CSS yet

Its much easier to do it with css, to add it with HTML you essentially have to know css

not necessary to do it in HTML. since CSS is for customizing your html, why not do all styling in CSS (color, font, width, border....)
CSS is easy to learn. so you'll understand CSS quick. You have to practice and ask questions that u don't understand how to do though.
