Насколько важно дружить с математикой, чтобы стать хорошим программистом? Возможно ли обойтись без знания этого предмета?
Какие направления в IT не требуют знаний математики?

You're welcome, Maxim. Sorry, I couldn't properly translate my answer to Russian for you; a lot of what I said gets lost in the translation.
I didn't like math in my youth either and it was very difficult for me to learn it. I was an adult when I properly learned math and began to master the various maths. For some people, it is very easy, but for me, it was very hard. However, just know that it is possible to learn it even if you have to work at it harder than other people. Keep working at it and practice/study a lot, eventually, you will become good at it.

^Good place to start learning it for free.

You can get by with only knowing basic math concepts as a programmer. However, is there a reason why you're against learning math? I can say this much; although you can get by with only knowing basic math, usually the difference between an okay programmer and amazing programmer is their understanding of the various maths. The more math you know, the more paths (and ways of thinking) you have to take toward a solution that may not be obvious to one that doesn't know math that well.
To answer your second question, web development is probably the easiest field to deal with if you don't want it to require much math. There are some areas of it that won't require much at all, and other areas of it that'll require a bit more math, but it's your safest bet as far as minimal math probably.
Hope that helps!

Cool site. It's a bit strange that it has even Mongolian and Polish but there is no Russian :). In any case it seems my English level is not so bad for it and SoloLearn in general. So i am glad :)
Btw thanks for the help!
