I found 3 xss in a web site without permission from them..in you opinion.. if i tell them about the vuln...will they harm me?

Bebida Roja but i read on the internet that there was an egyptian hacker found a vuln in an egyptian website...and when he told them...they accused him and they make him pay a fine and also they put him in the prison😓😓
