Neural network don‘t work in Python

This is my code and I try to predict a further number. But I don‘t understand the occurring error. Please help me.

Edit: The original code was for two inputs, but I tried to edit the code to three inputs. I think this is my problem
Can anyone help me?

It is not very true because most of the nueral network programming is done with the help of Python
