Clarification needed on Primary key conditions

Question

- Tables are limited to ONE primary key each.
- The primary key's value must be different for each row.

Are these statements true? I have personally seen people using more than one primary key in a table and also that primary key's values is not unique. I am confused hence reaching out to community.
