Take the concepts from the course here on SL or from the numerous other resources available online.
For hands-on coding, you can use the playground here or for better experience go for Pydroid3 if you're on Android.

You can; practicing on an IDE just really helps you see your problems in real-time, there are also a lot of downsides and restrictions to running code on an online compiler, but it’s possible.
