I know only c language,its bettet to start tutirial here?.and other sites?.is it possible to learn java with c language.

java is a different language but you won't find it hard if you know C already ,for making apps you also need to learn XML you can check videos on YouTube

As i know, Internet has many answers for you, such as courses and lessons. In Russia you can learn web-design, creating applications with one very good site. some courses are not free, but they really costs it. Im sure, Eng-speaking world also has something similar
