I am trying to code games and websites. Do you have any places to do it on or a preference in which coding language(s) I should use?

You can do it locally just create a folder and put everything for your website in there and make relativ links. Your browser can also run local html files

Caleb Todd check an game of survival name LDOE on playstore and try to research you will lot of new ideas of making simple game but an better quality games and for language just google it like what language it use ? , what engines are used behind it ? After anyalizing some game then start your own thinking of an game which you like most ....😉

Get at least a laptop to start coding, doing it on a phone is just a nightmare
