How much times that I need to be a professional in Web development and what language programming that I must learn?

HTML CSS JS
for a beginning
Then you can learn php or sql
For addition.
"IN MY OPINION" web development is not hard
You can learn it in short time, but that won't help you, you should give it time, learn part of it everyday + practicing

Python is a good language too
But the popular is html
But if you want to learn Python it's ok it's a great language for beginners and professionals and have so many uses in apps, AI, hacking...etc but you need to have an idea about html css "for making static web page"
JavaScript is responsible for the movement and behavior of the page
