Can I use ONLY c++ for android dev?

Question

I was reading a bit about using C++ for android programing, and i read we can use it, but I'm not sure if i can use only C++ or do i need to know Java... The point is that I wanna focus all my attention in a couple languages, C++ and python, for desktop development and to program some code for microcontroller. But, I may wanna write some code for android, not sure, and I wanna be sure since now

You need to know a little bit more, you can't just stay on these 2 learn C or Java or C# as third

If you want to be android developer
You can try installing AIDE at playstore
or installing android studio and unity for your pc.
