What is the easiest beginner language
I need to know which one is the easiest for a beginner, who didn't code before

It's probably web-based languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.).
But if you're looking for something easier, you might want to go to scratch.org. It's not just for kids. You can make pretty complicated stuff with just that (and it's a lot more visual, and therefore was easier for me to understand).
