C# graphic user interfaces

How can I get to work with GUIs in C#, what GUI do you advice me to use? Do you have any course that I could do on that?

Microsoft visual studio where you can design forms and come up with events

I wasn't talking about the IDE but the technology. Made a research and I'm currently using WPF, which is better than Windows Forms. Thanks anyway and greetings community
