Is there any other way of understanding colors?

It seems like am having difficulties when it comes to colors, please your help will highly appreciated.

Specifically what difficulty are you facing ?
Is it conversion between color codes? Or is it about color theory or something else

I use w3schools color picker for conversion of color codes. Its very easy to use.

Apart from that I use adobe lllustrator's color guide.

Mitali I would also like to know and understand the conversation between color codes. Always get confused with what and how should I combine the desired color like "i want to make background of blush or navy color" how do you do that?
Do you have YouTube video on that?
