What is the best application or place to write an Html code ??

I like Visual studio Code. It is completely free and has an inbuilt debugger and we can install extensions and plugins to make our work easier. For me it's the best. It's user interface is also very nice. It automatically creates a close bracket whenever we open any bracket or inverted commas.

I like Aptana or Eclipse and I'm also working with these 2.
But Atom is nice too (and newer/more modern ;) )

i use sublime text because of the color it gives... though I am still learning html... but you should give it a try

Atom.io or Brackets. I prefer Brackets. You can install millions of addons for Brackets that make code writing and reading much easier.

Use Sublime.

If you are learning HTML, it is better to use a texte editor like Notepad ++.
