Hah, this is really general question.There is no simple answer to this.Since there is no specified how far the future you thought. In fact,there are lots of languages that they fit for different purpos and design. Programming is not only about languages but it is also about frameworks and community support or not at least about the licences. It is not avoided that it happens that totally new language will be created in next few years;)
