Text wrapping animation with CSS Houdini?

Question

Is it possible to animate wrapping text with CSS Houdini? I made a presentation in Powerpoint Online with slide transition 'Morph'.
I make 2 slides. One first one text inside the text in not wrapped and on second one is wrapped in 2 rows. When I play presentation. Word from the first line are animated a goes to the second line.
