Network error

Question

Sololearn Application have network connection error sometimes like when we're making challenges and when we're sending texts. Does some sololearn administration members exit here? If it then fix it please.

I'm having problems seeing profile pictures in web forums sometimes because they won't load. I even waited 5 minutes, but nothing. So the app isn't the only thing.
