I'm not too knowledgeable in web, but I'm pretty sure you will need PHP or at least JS to do password verification. HTML alone will not cut it.

Here is my code as far as I understood your question. The user will be asked to enter the password having atleast 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter along with a number.

You can also connect it with database then to make sure that the password entered by the user is same as that saved in database by using id attribute and passing the value entered by user in form to a php variable and then connecting php to the database.
