How to Challenge Someone In Kotlin?

When I go to the challenge section there is no option for challenging in Kotlin. So how to do that?

You can't. The Kotlin course is community created, not by SoloLearn, and therefore there is currently no challenge support for the language. Kotlin challenges might be added if SoloLearn creates an official Kotlin course, as they have done with C before.
