Which is the best language to design apps and games?

I am unable to decide that which language I should learn? Pls tell me which language will be best for designing apps and games?

Games and apps for windows - C++
-||- and for android - Java
And ofc, there are c# and others, but c++ and java are preferable. Maybe Java over C++. My opinion

i think the best is c++ but if you are going to use some engine like unity to make games dont learn c++ and start learning c#
