I’m new and trying my best to learn but its very frustrating.

Going through the tutorials alone will not be enough. You are supposed to practice what you've learned. Also, take a look at some advices by the community, regarding the best way to learn programming. No need to frustrate. What ever you learned, implement it practically. Follow some websites and improve your basics strongly. See youtube videos how they are implementing practically. Html, css is easy to learn. No need to worry. practice more 😊😊

I understand that frustration will be in your way of learning process. However, if you get frustrated you will screw yourself. The best revenge you can take against a machine is to code properly. If you curse a machine it will not curse you back.. I mean, obviously, right?
You can get better by
1. Competing with others, participating in coding challenges that can test your analyze skills, thinking skills.
2. Reading articles/blogs.
3. Trying some codes on yourself and manipulating it on your own to meet a certain condition. This is the actual way how you can actually improve yourself in coding. If you get stuck somewhere you will search for a solution > you will solve the problem > you will come across new problem after solving it or something like that> you will search again> this cycle continues unless you get perfect in it.
4. Follow steps 1,2, and 3
