I find difficult unlocking l my certificate on solo learn though it is indicated that I has a certificate. Please someone help?

As I checked your profile....You didn’t finish HTML course yet. You need to finish the course before unlocking the certificate. #HappyLearning

Hey!!Click on the certificate option and click "Save". It will be saved to your gallery.

Alternative: Check your email and check a mail by sololearn. At bottom, click on " Get certificate" button..

When i try the feedback is always that complete other questions to unlock your certificate. Meanwhile i have finished.
