I can't access my sololearn account on my notebook.
I can access my Sololearn account via phone, the password is automatically saved in my phone. I just don't remember the password, thus I can't access my sololearn account on my notebook. When I click on "forgot my password", I get a notification, that I will receive help to change my password via e-mail. But I've never received any e-mail so far. How do I change my password if I don't receive any emails?

Perhaps, the password reset went into the spambox or email was misspelled?
Try to change the email from the mobile app. Then after a while(do verify confirmation email 1st), password reset on the web. If it works it should send you an email.
