Will I need dedicated graphics card in my laptop for app development?

Hi! I am a student, I will be learning coding,app development and some digital art work. Please suggest me specs that I will need in my laptop . Also suggest me a laptop. My budget is $850

No, programming is more RAM (for the IDE) and CPU (for compilling) expensive, GPU will only be needed if you try to develop 3D graphics or do AI with GPU processing.

You may need graphics card if you do high resolution images in your digital artwork, though try to ger something simple, a Nvidia GTX1050 would be more than enough, maybe overkill.
