How to make a simple paging system?

Hello, I will try to explain. I have 50 DIVS with CARD class in all.I only wanted to display 10 per page, but only using JAVASCRIPT Just find using PHP, BOOTSTRAP, DATA TABLE. But I don't understand and it's not exactly what I'm looking for.

Please help me :(
