How to create blogger script !

hi guys, I want create a Blogger script like Blogger.com or webs.com , etc , I know php but im not pro , I dont know how script making subdomain automaticly or you can have your own blog in this system and google will recognize you as a blog or website ! , can someone explain this to me or give me some recourse about this ?
