You need XP to attain to a new level. Now you are at level 2. I suggest you that you concentrate on your learning how to code processs. Aren’t we here to learn?😉
But to answer you question.... U need to do a lot of challenges and earn badges. Xp can be earn by challenges, daily XP, Badges, Best answers, lesson courses.
