I`d do that but I was planning to first have each system separate and not all piled up together. For the final outcome, both will be combined and make a little mini game with it Hatsy Rei.

Ah, then I think that answers the question: It doesn't matter, since you're eventually going to build both anyway. If I were you, I would go for the one I think is more challenging first.
