Do you have good knowledge in python and it's libraries which deals in AI?? And why do you think you require c and c++ along with it??
So just don't jumble up everything..
Decide exactly what you want to achieve and then choose the language in that field.. and firstly get it's core knowledge..

For the second question: i once saw this google search results on cython and i heard that c and c++ are good along with python
