How to Start coding with my laptop.

Hello , please am new here and I really want to learn programming from the scratch, I don't know how to use my laptop for it, will I download the app to start using it or what ? please help...

there is no app on computer, you have to go on the website

Every programming language needs an IDE and a compiler/interpreter
Python- There are some python compiler you can download online I recommend https://www.python.org/
cpp-you can find good compilers online
every other language
HTML- It is a Markup language it runs on a browser you can use note pad to create HTML pages and run them offline/online on a browser.
