I want to now how can i find the solution for any question.

I'm learning java and I'm beginner i want to ask something.
I want to now how can i solve the questions in java like:
public static int power(int x, int y) (write a program that return x power y )..... i now the tools like for loop and if loop... but i can't solve it how can i find the solution for any question that i see.

If you'll be looking for help in every question you see then you won't improve your skills and knowledge of programming.
But if you tried and did your best then you can just come this forum and ask your question trust me there are a lot of people who will be glad to help you
