Java has a slogan that sounds like "wora" that means write once run anywhere! If you search about java you can find many information about it!
I don't think that there is any app that converts it automatically but java code should be the same! Only think that is changed is the ui! Swing uses swing ui Android uses xml. Just make again ui for Android and import your java code
