How to use the C language in graphics? C language only

Please tell me, we are learning C programming, and I can’t understand how to use it, what can C be written? Only not C++? Thanks

There exist graphic libraries for use from C. I've never used any so will not make a suggestion. First, learn C. Dealing with graphics is much harder than C and each library is a new adventure.
