Depends on the stuff you wanna do. If its a web development you need basic concepts as html, css and js. If its more like desktop apps you can go for js + electron or start with python. I dont recommend c or java as these are not good langs for behinners by my opinion. Python will teach you basic concepts of programming and will teach you how to follow coding standards as much as python is very strict in it. And is also one of the most used languages. And for the programming core i would suggest you learn something about design patterns. What isvit and what is it good for. Then theres no better way to learn than just simply build own application.
