I lost all java files from my Windows can any one help me how to install it again ??

Then you need to add java in your user variables.
On Win7 go to control panel -> system and security -> system -> advanced system settings -> environmental variables

In the window for "user variables for xxx" click "new". Variable name = PATH variable value = bin folder location of java (could look like this: c:/program files/java/jdk8/bin)
